As part of your responsibilities, you will work to support and coordinate financial activities in order to achieve business objectives and achieve the company's strategic mission. Under the responsibility of the President, you will have the following mandates without limitation:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in collaboration with the President, the Vice-President and the directors of the different regions;

• Take overall control of the company's accounting function;

• Contribute fully to the development of strategy in all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision making, and providing financial analysis and advice on all activities, plans, targets and operational factors;

• Ensure corporate financial systems are robust, compliant and support current operations and future growth;

• Oversees performance measurement criteria to ensure they meet business needs and requirements;

• Work with management teams to develop the business, formulate strategies and plans;

• Ensure corporate budgeting processes are performed and reviewed;

• Ensure regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met;

• Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding, debt, taxation, if applicable;

• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties, including (external accountant, tax specialist, banker);

• All related tasks.

Human Resource Management

• Coordinates and supervises the work of his team members;

• Manages work schedules, including weekly working hours, holidays and vacations for its employees;

• Responsible for organizing meetings of employees of his team;

• Promotes the transfer of knowledge and skills between team members;

• Evaluates and ensures that its employees receive training as needed;

• Participates in employee performance evaluation meetings;

• Manages the discipline of his team;

REQUIREMENTS

• BAC accounting or finance

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

• Experience of a minimum of five to seven years as a manager in an SME

• Knowledge of the Dynacom system: an asset

• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite

• Staff management experience: essential

• Functional bilingualism (oral and written): an asset
