You will have as main responsibility the reception of calls, the reception and several administrative tasks.

  • Receiving calls for all regions;
  • Greet people at the reception;
  • Collect and distribute mail daily;
  • Receiving and managing calls from the accounting department (payment or responding to customer requests);
  • Process recurring customer payments in our CRM and call the customer if necessary;
  • Process and record invoices for the national sales department;
  • Prepare packages and receive packages;
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory;
  • Send statements of account at the end of each month;
  • Ensure telephone follow-up and respond to subscription emails;
  • Participate in the planning of corporate events


You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and administration You are fluent in French both written and spoken and you master the MS Office suite. You have a good knowledge of accounts receivable and payable.

You like teamwork, you are autonomous, very organized and detail-oriented. Priority management is no secret to you and you are known for your courteous service with customers.
