Specifically your challenge:

A member of the digital operations team, the digital campaign specialist will be responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing the company's various digital campaigns. The incumbent will demonstrate a 360 degree view of the marketing and customer experience ecosystem. He will act in concert with our partners and internal departments.

Create, upload and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other platform deemed relevant based on customer needs;

  • Optimize advertising offensives to achieve objectives;
  • Determine, understand and integrate the business objectives of each campaign;
  • Write attractive, effective and efficient ads;
  • Coordinate the production of material with the workshop for the design of creatives;
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance while respecting established quality, costs and deadlines;
  • Ensure that campaigns perform according to client expectations and previously established objectives;
  • Ensure a rigorous follow-up with each client and advise them accurately;
  • Be responsible for monthly performance reports for customers and the sales team;
  • Make recommendations with a view to continuous improvement;
  • Be the internal reference for all Google products (GA4, Looker Studio, Tag manager, Search Console, My Business, UTM)
  • All other related tasks

Your profile :

You have a minimum of two years of experience in managing digital and social media campaigns. You have a good knowledge of the Google Ads manager platforms, Google Ads of Google products (Search Console, Tag Manager, GA4, My Business etc. You are familiar with the notions of retargeting, geomarketing and the SEO principle. You have good writing skills advertising in French and English.

You have an ability to analyze and interpret data and you have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. You are very organized, you are excellent in managing your time and you meet deadlines. You have a good resistance to stress, an ability to be challenged and a sense of initiative. Rigor and thoroughness are very important to you.
